3. SMS Program Terms
By ticking the SMS consent box and submitting the form on this website, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Steal My Agency as part of the Steal My Agency Training Alerts program.
Program name: Steal My Agency Training Alerts
Message types: training reminders, replay links, and follow-up about the training you registered for.
Message frequency: varies, up to 6 messages per month.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier apply to every message sent and received.
To opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one final confirmation message and then no further messages. You can also email nathan@stealmyagency.com.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to text messages in order to register for the training, buy anything from us, or receive any service. The SMS consent box on our form is optional and is never pre-ticked.
Carrier liability: carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Program changes: Steal My Agency may change or end the SMS program at any time. We will make a reasonable effort to tell active subscribers about material changes.
Your number: you confirm that the mobile number you enter belongs to you and that you are allowed to receive messages on it. If your number changes or stops being yours, tell us straight away by emailing nathan@stealmyagency.com.
4. Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting the registration form, you agree that Steal My Agency and its representatives may contact you by:
- Email at the address you gave us, to send the training link, reminders, the replay, and related offers
- Text message at the mobile number you gave us, but only if you ticked the optional SMS consent box, and only as described in the SMS Program Terms above
- Phone call at the number you gave us, where the law permits
None of this is a condition of buying anything. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or emailing nathan@stealmyagency.com.
5. Earnings Disclaimer
In no way shape or form are we guaranteeing you results of any kind.
Any revenue figures shown on this website or mentioned during the training describe the results of Nathan Bentley, Steal My Agency, or its members. They are examples of what is possible. They are not a promise, a projection, or a guarantee of what you will earn.
Your own results depend on your effort, your skill, your experience, your market, your budget, and factors nobody controls. Most people who buy business training do not build a business from it. Any business carries risk, including the risk of losing the money you put into it.
We are not miracle workers and we do not claim to be. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making a financial decision.
6. No Business Relationship Created
Visiting this website, watching the training, or submitting the registration form does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Steal My Agency. A paid relationship starts only when you buy a program and accept the terms that come with it.
